Who runs this programme
Varma Kalpa Rejuvenation Center, a charitable trust, conducts a completely free treatment programme on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month, subject to availability.
It is held at Agasthya Wellness Center in JP Nagar, Bengaluru. Agasthya Wellness Center is the healing wing of Vedhan Sri; the free programme is the charitable service of Varma Kalpa Rejuvenation Center, run at the same place.
There is no charge of any kind for this programme, and no booking.

Timings on a free treatment day
Come by 9:00 AM
Arrive in person and collect your token. Tokens are given out at the Center on the day itself — they cannot be reserved in advance or over the phone.
Treatment from about 9:45 AM
People are seen in token order, and the day continues until 7:00 PM. How long you wait depends on how many people have come before you.
Lunch break 1:30 – 2:30 PM
The Center pauses for an hour. If your token falls in this window, you will be seen when treatment resumes at 2:30 PM.
This day works differently from our normal days. Our usual hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM to 4 PM, by prior appointment only. On a free treatment Tuesday there is no appointment and no booking — you come in person, collect a token, and are seen in token order. The day also runs longer than our usual hours.
What the free programme covers
This programme is mainly intended for pain management, using suitable external Varmam-based treatments — Varmam being pressure points on the body.

What it does not include
- No medicines are prescribed or provided
- No internal medicines or internal treatments
- Not every health condition can be helped through this free programme
- No detoxification or multi-day therapy
If your condition needs other therapies, detailed treatment, detoxification, or anything outside the scope of this free programme, you are welcome to come on a regular treatment day and take the appropriate treatment separately.
Please check before you come
Although this programme is normally conducted on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday, it may occasionally be cancelled — because of a government or state holiday, a personal holiday, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Before travelling, please look at the dates listed on this page. The schedule shows whether the coming Tuesday’s free treatment programme is being conducted, and says so plainly if it is not.

Common questions
Do I need to book or call ahead?
No. There is no booking for the free programme. You come to the Center in person on the day, collect a token, and are seen in token order.
Is it really free? Is there any charge at all?
Yes, it is completely free. There is no fee, and any donation is entirely your wish.
What if I arrive after 9:00 AM?
You may still collect a token if tokens are available, but the earlier you come the better. Treatment is given in token order and the number of people who can be seen in a day is limited.
Will I be given medicines?
No. The free programme is external treatment only. No medicines are prescribed or provided, and there are no internal treatments.
My problem is not pain-related. Can I still come?
The free programme is mainly for suitable pain-related conditions, so it may not be the right fit. You are welcome to come on a regular treatment day instead, where the right therapy can be discussed with you.
Can I bring a family member?
Yes. Each person who wants treatment collects their own token.
Should I continue my doctor’s treatment?
Yes. Please continue whatever your doctor has advised. This programme sits alongside your medical care, never in place of it.
