Refund Policy

At Agasthya Wellness Center, we strive to provide exceptional care and personalized wellness services to all our clients. To maintain the highest standards of service, we have established the following Refund Policy:

1. No Refunds

  • All fees paid for consultations, therapies, and other services are non-refundable.

  • Once a payment is made, it confirms your appointment or treatment and ensures the allocation of our resources for your session.

  • This policy applies to all types of payments, including but not limited to, consultation fees, therapy charges, or package bookings.

2. Credit for Future Visits

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment for any reason, you will not forfeit your payment.

  • The fees paid can be credited to your account for use during a future appointment or session.

  • This credit must be utilized within 6 months of the original payment date, after which it will expire.

3. Rescheduling Appointments

  • Clients are encouraged to reschedule their appointments if they are unable to attend the original booking.

  • Rescheduling Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any inconvenience or disruption to our schedule.

  • You may contact us via phone or through the rescheduling link provided in your booking confirmation to adjust your appointment.

4. Special Conditions

  • This policy applies to all individual appointments, therapy sessions, and wellness packages.

  • Group sessions, workshops, and special events may have their own separate refund or credit terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. How to Use Credit for Future Appointments

  • To redeem your credited payment, please inform our team at the time of rescheduling.

  • The credited amount will be applied towards your next appointment, and any remaining balance (if applicable) can be settled at the clinic.
